Treasurer’s Report: $1430.35

Advisor’s Report: None

New Business:

Octoberfest: They want us to design a float or banner. Ideas were discussed.

Mark wants to know about ideas for ATSO in the future. Last springs trip had a poor turnout. Some said bad timing was to blame. Some said having to go to every tour was a detracting factor.

How can we increase membership? Ideas were discussed.

Equipment fund committee hearing is tomorrow at 6:40. Nathan is going. Dylan and Tyler are unable to attend.

List serve reset is scheduled for the beginning of Fall Semester 2008.

Cameron suggested we set up a tour for the new labs when they are finished. Cameron is going to email Mark to get something worked out.

Old Business:

Octoberfest: Breathalyzer idea was unopposed by the individuals asked by Cameron. One sells on eBay for 69.99. Many are available. The idea of joining with the Kelly Center and the campus police was suggested and that a portion of the proceeds could be donated to SafeRide.

Vote was taken and a majority passed it. Jeff is put in charge of the committee.

Computers for Communities: We may or may not have a work day coming up to build computers and drop them off at NexTech.

Website Committee: Photos don’t work. Videos don’t show up in the posts. 2.5 upgrade is to blame (Jeff’s fault.)

INT BBQ: Nothing new.
