TigerLAN:A majority of this meeting was dedicated to TigerLan. We discussed preparations of the new posters which should be ordered by next week after a few important details are worked out on our sponsorship. There are many preparations that need to be made, we need to double check our floor plan writeup. We discussed how we wish to handle tournaments, and will discuss that more next week. We decided that we will have unsanctioned tournaments for games that there have enough players on the fly (with no prizes) in the same way as we did last year with Super Smash Brothers 64 and Mario Kart 64.

New Business:We and approved the following changes to our constitution (all with unanimous votes): In section B, we will change the GPA requirements to only apply to executive members (members holding a named position). We removed the terminology “formal application” from the constitution. We no longer will require new members to join the list serve, and instead have it as a privilege. We reworded our membership fee statement to make ATSO Polos a free perk for new members. We reworded our statement about new members, to make it more clear that trial membership would only last one month.
